In celebration of Buck Owens’ birthday (August 12, 1926), we played a whole slew of Buck influenced tunes. We also went “beyond” in our quest to tie in songs that Buck played, music from artists who Buck covered, and actual covers of Buck Owens tunes. Sure was a fun show. In all the behind the scenes controlled chaos we go through to pick the music, play the music, and keep track of the tracks we played on an on-line database, we don’t really get to hear the show until day(s) later when we listen to the air check of the show. We hope folks enjoy listening as much as we enjoy playing the music.
